Minimum 55 gallon tank with temperature 72–82°F and pH 6.5–7.5. Use a reliable heater and test kit.
Good filtration is essential. Provide appropriate substrate and hiding spots with driftwood or rocks.
Diet & Feeding
Carnivore — frozen bloodworms, live earthworms, sinking pellets. Nocturnal. Feed 1-2 times daily, only what can be consumed in 2-3 minutes.
